Laws need to be formed and put into place protecting both the consumer and advertiser. While we still need to leave room for growth and flexibility we must still safeguard against unlawful practice. laws need to be set in place better than those which currently exist.

As a comunity we must begin creating a policy upon which the majority of consumers and advertisers can agree. We need to bring forth petitions both paper and electronic and we need to push our represenatatives in Congress to take them and enact them into law. We must as a community create a bill that will protect the rights of the consumer and advertiser and clearly define the responsibilities of each.
